I think the fastes way to set the FX on/Off is the control via the Send`s in Mixer Page.

There is no Controller-event for bypass etc

There are a couple of ways to change how FX is sent to the RFX by midi CC. Please note I have EOS4.7 so I dont know if the following will work with previous versions.

Firstly is Midi CC#79. That will change the submix for each midi channel. 0=voice, 1 =main, 2=sub1 etc..

If the submix is set to mixer, then the 4 send values can be changed by CC#91 to 94.

Because of the loud outburst problem that RFX creates in EOS4.7 I dont use the above. For some reason the outburst problem does not occur when you send the FX as part of a voice. I actually prefer working this way as each voice can be treated differently.

If you are assigning submix to voice then you can change the send amount in the cord matrix. Eg, MidiA to SndMain etc..

One last thing to note is that the effects can also be modulated. Every effect can have a Midi CC# assigned to Wet/Dry mix, Fx input and FX output levels.
