High friends !!!! Help Wanted

Now i like to make a upgrade > flash from 1 to 2MB for the E4 Keyboard.
Is there anyone how can tell my how the flash upgrade looks like and where i have to place it ?
I opened the keyboard to make an upgrade for the regul?r sound ram to 128Mb...
i don`t saw any empty place on the compboards...
i think the flash looks different, as the "normal one" in my E4X...
Who has expirience with this..?
Maybe there is someone who can tell my also where i can get such flash ram...
