Flash simms for Proteus 2000 authoring?

Hello,
I own an XL-7, and I'm interested in getting some of my custom samples and sounds into it. A good friend of mine has an e6400 ultra that I have access to for the actual authoring.
I'm trying to track down some compatible flash simms. I've searched for a while for the Emu parts, but no luck.
I've read that some Cisco routers use compatible flash. I've found a few likely candidates on ebay (searching for 32mb flash simm), but before buying anything, I'd like to ask if anyone has any information that might be useful here - like specs for the flash ram, compatible cisco models, etc.
I may just bite the bullet and try one, and I'll of course share my findings.
Thanks very much!
