Creating a Midi device in Cubase help.

have anyone created a divice map for the e4xt ultra in cubase sx3. I want to do this, that just reading through the cubase manual, this is going to take a lot of work. What I reall wanted was a list of all the midi device maps. I looked through the the manual but couldn't find what I was looking for.
Any help would be appreciated.
