E5000 Ultra flash ram work with Classics?

Hey there dogs, I have a E5000 ultra with 4 mb of flash ram, and I also have a E4XT with only 1 mb of flash ram. I would like to know if i can take out some of the flash ram from the E5000 Ultra and place it into the E4XT classic, so that I can upgrade the EOS to 4.x (I'm currently stuck on 2.8).

No, you can't do it.
You may only replace old Flash Memory 1 MB with new one 2 MB.
