Sequencing on the E 5000?

1/ can the e 5000 trigger multiple sequence loops
(Iwant to layer sequenced tracks and trigger them indivually)
2/ can you sequence effects in the the FX processors...eg for live aplaication. So that the fx channels can out put differednt effects applied to different samples through-out the duration of a song.
