You can get an Atto UL3D on eBay for $10 and it does work in all versions of OS X up to 10.5.5 (tested first-hand).


But the UL3D is PCI, which is fine for older PPC machines, but not Mac Pros. Intel-based Mac Pros use PCI-e (PCI Express) cards.

I did the same thing on OSX 10.7.4. So far, so good. No drivers needed.

I have done it. Find a castlewood USB SCSI Orb adapter. It works.

I can´t get this to work with my USB SCSI Orb,E4Ultra and Macmini with 10.6 and Peak 5

Is there any important settings I´m missing
