if you are looking for a easy way to connect your emu-sampler with your mac (i tested it on a 12" ibook), you need:

-> usb-to-scsi-cable (i got a castlewood systems cable, maybe it will work with other cables like this, but i never tested it: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000HUA2WO/ref ... nkCode=asn

-> HP-DSub-50-Pin-Adaptor (to plug the usb-to-scsi-cable to your sampler)

-> bias peak

connect the cable to your mac, open bias peak, go to the menu "sampler" and choose "emu". that's it. no drivers, no hustle.

just load your sample and have fun.

If this actually works, I wonder how it would go with several samplers connected via a USB Hub?

maybe it will work with this cable too.
the main point is bias peak, which connects easy with e-mu samplers.

check this:

watch out for that seller, he's got always nice & cheap stuff on ebay - he's based in hong kong, but he ships fast.

cheers

Is bias peak the same as peak?
I have a wave program called peak 3.0 is that what you mean.

yes, it's the same application, bias is just the company name.
i got peak 4, but in peak 3 the sample transfer is also included, so it should work there too.
