I need RFX 32 help!!

I just got the RFX 32. Installed it into my E5000 Ultra with EOS 4.61. I have no problems creating FX and routing them but once I back out to the multimode screen the FX just disappear, you don't hear anything. I've read the manual back and 4th a few times and I just can't figure it out. Does anybody have any clues?

have you routed your channel in the multimode to the bus you want to use?
if you create a fx chain in bus1 you need to route the channel you want to bus1. Or you can use the mode called mixer, then you can feed the channel to the various busses.

Yeah I routed it to bus1. Still no dice.
