Emu E6400Ultra + Xin XP + USB SCSI = Working

Ok this is actually very simple but initially took a bit of fannying about.
I've got a Microtech USB SCSI HD50 cable from ebay (about ?30), anything similar will do as there are a few of them.
An HD50 (scsi 2 i think) to scsi 1 large convertor, as the scsi connector on the back is large, and the connection on the usb cable is different.
Get yourself Chicken systems translator, there is a free edition to (should work the same).
Install the driver for the USB (follow correct instructions, my one came with no driver so I had to find it first, can post links if you need specific help because its not straightforwards with the microtech cable i have).
Connect it to the EMU, my emu settings are:
SCSI ID = 0
SCSI Termination = On
Avoid Host on ID = 0
Once that is done, turn everything off for a min. Start the EMU first, then once its loaded start your PC.
I found out that if I changed my SCSI ID of the EMU to 1, the PC wouldnt load past the BIOS, and even once switched on when I was in XP it crashed it... obviously if it does that its not the right ID number
If all is ok, when you get back into XP, it will say about finding an EMU VI or something to similar effect, just let it do it automatically, and it will say it cant install it. However...its lying !
It HAS to say something about the EMU first, Im sure it will for you guys, but initially it didnt for me.
Just for good luck, turn everything off again, and repeat the starting proceedures.
Then I just loaded up translator, and you will see on the left that your EMU is nicely logo'd, and you can drag and drop samples into it in seconds !
(I turned off autoplay because I found it to unstable translator).

It contains a link to the driver specific to my USB SCSI device as well.
