EMU 6400 ULTRA QUESTIONS

i have the following to ask ...first i want to upgrade to 4.70 can i simply get the new os disk and make it boot from the floppy ?...and second i want to transfer whole sample cds to the HD can i do it at once and not browse each bank seperately ?...
