:biglaugh: sorry bout the title but say i want to control the amount of LFO I am allowing to control the filter by Aux Env. Is this possible? What about the other way round. I just can't seem to get a proper destination in the ol' cords section  It must be possible....

Any ideas

If I understand what you want to do correctly, this is how you do it:

In your voice, for Cord 1, set up Cord 1 like this: LFO1~->FiltFreq-'x', where x will be the maximum amount of LFO modulation applied when Aux env is at it's peak.

For Cord 2, set source as AuxEnv, destination as C01 (Emu-speak for Cord 1) and amount at +100.

Now, the amount of LFO applied to the filter should rise and fall according to Aux Env.

Note that if Aux Env never reaches a level of 127, or if Cord 2 amount is less than 100, Aux Env won't affect the LFO amount as much. But, the settings above provide a good starting point, and should make the effect pretty audible.

i usaully will set say a mod wheel to control the lfo for the filter. but i usualy set the cord lfo to filter at zero, and set the amount of mod to 100% or whatever to control the cord the lfo is on. so the lfo is only applied when i move the mod wheel.
