I'vegot OS 4.6 quite happily installed on my E4XT and I have heard about a lot of problems with 4.7. Anyone's advice on an upgrade to 4.7 (yes/no)?? Thanks!

Most of the problems I've heard of with OS 4.7 seem to be for people using the RFX board. If you're not using that, you should be fine with 4.7. If you are using the RFX board, I would stick with 4.61.
Either way, if you do hgave trouble, it's straight forward enough to go back to 4.61 (you did remember to back up before you upgraded, didn't you? )

I'm running 4.7 w/ RFX card, no probs! Do you know what the problems are supposed to be? Maybe they're happening and I just didn't notice ;)

I was forced to go back to v4.61 after upgrading to v4.7. I have the RFX, RFX 8 Outs and RFX 4 Input options installed. I was very happy with v4.7 until I started using all my sub outs. Sub 6 would let out very loud squeeling noises that I have been unable to reproduce with v4.61... hence the move back. I miss being able to use that compression plugin but I would rather have a stable machine. That's the only bug I have encountered but I have heard of others.
