E6400 internal SCSI harddisk

I have an E6400 classic and I want to use a harddrive inside because that saves me taking a large, heavy external harddisk on the road which needs to be connected etc.
So I opened the external harddisk up and there is a SCSI harddisk inside: Seagate Barracuda ST32171N.
I want to know if I can built this disk into the E6400. Checked the specs in the manual but can't find how much amperes it uses for spinup so I was wondering if anyone has experience with similar harddisks from this series (of just seeking some general advice).
What's the worst thing that can happen if the harddisk needs more ampere? Can it blow up my E6400?
