my emu is dying :( the buttons stick and can skip and jump and erase presets and samples and bank's :3

it can not automate res it can not EOS link to PC
it is old version 2.80f ( cost me ?2200 pounds new :0 ) hahaha

CPU RAM 1mb
CPU Flash 1mb
sample RAM 128mb

i have the keyboard input so i am using a PC keyboard , so i have it up and running :) but i need to upgrades the old bird , offer new wings.

whats the best way to upgrade? buy a new one off ebay? do i just need the cpu flash and cpu ram stick can i do this myself?

any help for my bird would be nice.

the buttons can be replaced. there are posts elsewhere (search on Mouser) - about 50 buttons will cost $6 but will need some solder skills to replace - not hard, but a bit tedious.

yeah ive been inside to have a look. nice to know something can be done.

with 1mb flash simm, you can download eos 3.0b and update your os... you'd have to buy a 2mb simm to update above that
