E-synth Ultra Floppy disks

Hi,
I have stupidly erased the presets on my e-synth ultra and lost all the patches using the internal e-synth and sessions roms. My original disks do not seem to work any more and I can't find these available anywhere on the web for download. Is there anyone out there who can point me to a source or has copies they can email as a disk image file?

Many thanks in advance.
John

Hi, I have these presets on an E4XT ultra backup CD somewhere. I'll need to find it though, give me a day.

Cheers, vout

Hi, I've found the CD with the Ultra E-Synth presets, its a 900k bank, so I can save it to a floppy on the EMU, but how do I create a disk image from that? (on a PC)

Cheers, vout

Hi,
So long as it is a dos formatted one, I think it may be ok just to zip up the contents of the floppy into a file, or even just post the E4b file as it is. Process should be similar to
http://www.gehenna.com/sounds/

I'm going to try it myself tonight on another bank to see what happens.

Thanks again.

Hi,
I have successfully transferred a bank to and from my e-synth using a dos formatted floppy. So this procedure should work OK. May even be possible to drag it directly from your cd backup into a amil client.

Regards.

Hi John - pm me with your email address and I will send you the file (I can't see a way to add attachments to forum messages)

Cheers, vout

I've uploaded these banks to the file section (E-Synth Ultra and Sessions preset banks) as others might need them too.

Cheers, vout

Sorry to ask a dumb question, but when you say you've uploaded these banks to the file section, where exactly is that, or rather, how do I retrieve a copy?
Many thanks
- Neil

yeah, the link hasn't been posted on the web page yet. If we had the filename we could create a hyperlink here... ( /downloads/<filename> )

Hi - Yes, I sent a pm to ezman, the file is named esynth presets.zip and it contains 3 eos banks - Ultra E-Synth, Ultra Sessions and E-Synth_Sessions (combined). The file might be downloadable now if the upload folder is the same as the download folder on the server, dont know. If not, then I'm sure they will appear shortly.

Cheers, vout

Can the e-synth Ultra presets be used on the classic e-synth? If so I'll download them (when they appear).
