Hi Everybody.
Recently I have acquired an E5000 with internal HD and 4 megs of sample ram.
I tried a few 32 Meg 72 pin simms and all of them read as 16 Megs. After going through the manual a little, I found out that 32 meg is not listed as a possible simm. Only 4, 8, 16 and 64.
Has anyone been able to use 32 meg simms.
I am running 4.61

The manual is correct - you need to invest in a pair of 64mb simms to max out the ram.

If you search the forum you should find an explanation of why this limitation exists.
