Getting my samples from ZIP to Mac!

Hey there,

this one's probably been asked before, but cant find an easy answer through searching so here goes...

So I've got tons of great samples on ZIP discs from back in the day. Was using a ESI-32 at the time. Finally started up on software sampling, so now need to get all my old samples off the ZIP discs and onto my PC/Mac (got both, can do whichever is easier). I'm using Logic Pro 8 for the software sampling (or will be)

So, I guess it's not as easy as getting hold of a USB ZIP drive, connecting that to the PC/Mac, and then copying the files is it...???

Thanks for the help

software like translator pro might do it - there's a free version with limited functions that may help. I've used it in the past. there are emu specific versions too. Its a bit ht and miss and not the most reliable software - it is what it is.
