EOS file format(s)

Does anyone have information about EOS file formats, particularly FAT .e4b & .e3b/.e3x file formats.
I would like to know how to decipher the information within these files (and proteus 2000 preset information) for "converting" proteus 2000 series SIMMs to other formats.
Any help appreciated.
