E6400 ultra creating upgrade file

my ultra doesnt have a floppy drive, just a jaz drive so i was hoping to upgrade via eloader. the only problem is it needs a dli file. can anybody please help me with the upgrade as i have eos 4.1

i have since found that this site hosts the 4.7 dli file but do i need to do flash prep and 4.61 first? my ultra is at 4.1

trying to send the files direct to my jaz drive now, perhaps the sampler will read them?the installers that is.
just need to find a way to get the dli files from the exe's provided
