I am trying to get a HP9600se to work with my E-synth. I am running 4.62 and my other cd drive works fine. The drive shows up on the browser but I get an error message that there are no folders. I did the usual of swapping cables and changing the scsi id.
Where is that *@#$% list that shows drives that work! Any ideas? TIA

You better look for a read-only device, although some burners may work, at least I can't recall seeing HP in their drive comp.-chart ever.
I know common brands there were Matshita,Toshiba, Apple, Pioneer and Sony.
