Esynth- Ultra Adat to yamaha o2r v2 adat

I have the following:
E-synth Ultra with RFX-32 & ADAT.the adat is connected to my yamaha o2r V2 via the TC Unity card with adat.
All I want to do is take on preset and play it out of the adat, through each Chanel at a time and have the sound go in the desk and out the monitors as I would with the analogue outs.
I cant for the life of me figure out 1. How to have a presets output set to the Adat outs 2. how to set up the o2r to be receiving that output and playing across the relevant desk channel..
I though it would be simple but I even have the manuals and its all gobbledygook to me..
If you have a similar set-up or even can just help to set up the emu side Please help, just need to test the ADAT..
