would it work if i loaded eos 4.7 onto my usb pend drive to transfer onto my laptop that has a floppy drive to then transfer onto a floppy? there seems to be such a way to save this file on the hardrive but wondered if it was a problem to change this cycle?

you can transfer the zip file of eos 4.7 from here http://www.ezman.ukfsn.org/downloads.htm in whatever way you wish... pen drive, cd-rom, email.
This is fine so long as you keep it in the zip format.
Good luck with 4.7. I think you are going to love it.

i'm going to have to use a usb flopppy drive to load the eos onto a floppy via my computer, but when i follow the instruction on loading the eos do i have to change the drive name, because if i have an inbuilt floppy drive it would automatically be drive A but because i'm using a usb floppy drive it won't be drive A?
