Hello Dogs,

First of all greetings everybody :) I'm new to the forum and a new happy owner of an E4x.

Today i got my first session with her and went recording some bassydetunedsinecombed sub happiness stabs... This was awesome!!!, and.. directly a proof of making the right choice with buying this beast. Anyhow there was one issue i didn't get resolved.
There seems to be a constant reverb in the machine. SInce the e4 banks are empty and i was working in a new preset i dont think and con not find any effects in the signal.

I am a real virgin on the emu, and just started my learning process anyone can help me beat this issue??

Greetings, Mick!

If you go Master/FX/ setup and flick it to "bypassed" you will have no effects globally.

Hope this is what you want.. I am pretty new to machine myself!

Yeap - manual is well worth studying.. I learned it the hard way! Just wait til you get RFX32! (really cool effects card for emu ultra series)

@atomicmidi
The RFX-32 is just for the ULTRAs...

Dude Even with a classic, you'll still be learning new cool things about the EMU in 10 years time.
I still have my E4X and Im still learning after nearly 15 years.
Get the E4 on a newer OS though. 4.62 if I remember corrctly.
