scsi HD compatibility in Eos 4.7

I have the opportunity of buying a new external hard disk for my e5000 ultra running eos 4.7
The model is the following:
Fujitsu MAP3367NP / Ultra Wide 320 LVD (10000 rpm) 68 pin high density connector
Any idea/Confirmation/doubt about compatibility with the EMUs? I would format it in FAT32
