first up, hello to all emu & lsd enthusiasts!!
ok so im looking for anyone whose got experience working with EMU's flash rom system, which allows you to use samples authored on any e4000 within the XL-1 (extreme lead module) and other supporting emu romplers..
this seemingly allows the use of the 50+ z-plane filter types available on the XL-1, with any sample authored on an e4000..sure as hell beats the 21 standard types onboard the sampler!
my question is concerning how exactly the flash rom handles the samples, what are the limitations of the system? maximum sample lenghts? will samples authored on 5000 or 6400 work as well?
