How do i make the wooble bass

How do i make the wooble bass using the lfo. I know how to do it in logic but it doesn't seem to work the same in the emu. Thanks for the help. :grin:

Well, you have to cord it to either pitch or filter frequency.

typical lfo cords are:

LFO1~>Pitch>X%

replace the pitch with fltrfreq and you have it tweaking the filter.

try the different lfo's as well, use the ~ one if you want it to mod between the middle. For example, if you set it to pitch, it will go lower and sweep up higher then your fundemental. If you use the + you will have it start at your fundemental and sweep only up. <, If i remember right does the same but backwards, It sweeps below the fundemental.

You'll probably find that using fpitch works best if you want to do frequency mod type wobbles. I would set the percentage at 100 and back off from there to sudtle the effect.

serious - make whatever noises you like, sure you will anyhow! even if the noise isn't liked by everybody, you're still learning techniques :thumbs:
