hi
i'm a rfx 32 owner four few days and i've got many questions
->i'm putting an effect on bus 1, on bus 2 etc... when i'm on the multimode screen there's no effects on bus 1, 2 etc..
but when i'm on the rfx setup page it works on each bus as i want it.
i hope it's a routing problem and i've read the manual several times.
anyone?

(hope you can understand what i want to say cause i'm french and not very gifted for foreign languages  )

I'm a new RFX user and also had some trouble understanding it. Here is how it's done in multimode. First you have to have a RFX Setup to work with. Create one- Master/FX/RSetup/Edit(to program the buses and effects). Now, just exit out of there(it will write this into ram). Now, in multi mode press MSetup/edit, then scroll down to RFX Setup and choose the RFX setup you just created. OK. Go back to multi mode. Set each submix for each preset your working with to mixer. Now press next, your on the mixer page and you'll see everything you need there. I save my rfxsetups to the drive and just load them when I start. You can save to flashram also but I havn't done that. This should get you going anyways. I am new to the Emu so perhaps others here have a better way. It's a bit much at first but after a few days I was flying around with it. HTH

i've done what you have written and it works!not only with the "mixer" function but also per channel.
there are many things i don't understand today, i will probably be back in few days...i hope i will "flying around with it" too.

Press 'Preset Edit' then the select 'Global' (softkey F3).

Your RFX setup is probably set to 'Two FX (Legacy) mode'. Change this to the desired setup. When that's done select 'Voices' (softkey F5) then edit the Voice. If you go to the 'Amplifier' screen then you should find that the send settings are unlocked.

It's always puzzled me why you have to unlock it that way - especially if your programming RFX setups in Multimode as the RFX setup that you choose in the Global screen wont be used.
