e4xt ultra dead? well sometimes

got my e4xt ultra 2e hand... (a few months ago)
everything is working fine, untill yesterday
after a couple of minutes the sampler is stop working. the van and the harddisk are running but can't get anyfurther with the multi sets, i have to shut it down and restart it. then after a couple of minutes he's again fallin'out.
help !!!
