E-mu / Esoniq; wankers?

I wouldn't swap my E-mu for any other sampler.

But I feel i've been 'cast adrift' by E-mu, in that I cannot even buy upgrades for my sampler from the manufacturer, and am consigned to bidding for dusty shit off e-bay.

As for the boys that bought the (embryonic) RFX upgrade, well.....
i'm sure they'll have something to say.

I don't know. I do feel abit screwed over now that there is no support for it left. But I guess that is the march of the times. I wonder if Moog music still services the old Modular Moogs form the 60's. If they did, then I would have to say that Emu are "wankers"

Bob Moog came & serviced my series 3 the other day, he even polished the patch cords with his silk tie.

Only joking, wish i had one!

i'd say yeah they are since EMU wouldn't have done too well without it's hardware sampler buyers.
I love my e6400 ultra and was considering buying one of their new software packages but to me EMU is there only in name now. The Creative buyout killed their reputation in my eyes.
