WTB: E-IV for parts (really just the proms)
Posted: Sat Oct 16, 2010 11:54 pmI have a working E-IV and have purchased the outpuut expander option from someone on ebay.
Unfortunately, the E-IV does not have the pal upgrades that came with the output expander, so I'm wondering if someone has an old (dead) E-IV and is willing to sell me the appropriate pals. They are in PLCC packages in sockets towards the right side [looking from the front] behind the on-board DRAM [8 chips in two rows of 4] and the floppy connector. They are labelled U46 and U47.
The versions that I need to have for the output expander are:
U46:IP860A
U47:IP749C
I also would like IP858A for the midi expansion option if someone has such.
Please pm me a price if you have these pals and are willing to part with them.
