EIV faded lcd display HELP & EOSlink will that run with
Posted: Wed Apr 13, 2005 1:16 pmHi I just purchased a used first gen EIV 128MB ram OS3.x and LCD display is faded and hard to see. I have been into Master--Misc---and adjusted CONTRAST
--could not find a brightness command!!
The backlight is not working --so my question is will a new backlight fix the problem
As a new LCD display is US $180 and fitting its not worth the repair.
One option was to use the EOSlink will that run with OS3.x as it is very risky to update to a new OS with the display so hard to see
Any ideas?
