wavelab - e5000 - scsi crash

havent used my audio gear for a while - but im back in with it now and while putting all my stuff back together im having probs wih wavelab and my scsi
When i go to sampler configuration - wavelab simply crashes and closes. (wavelab 4)
the scsi connection works fine with recycle 2.0 and i have updated the aspi layer.
any help emu lords?
