Sample 001 Left Zero Start! (or something like that)

basically, i was truncating a sample i had just bounced internally, when this message popped up. Afterwards, a single beep could be heard at the end of every sample trigger. I exported the samples to peak via scsi, and there is no beep there, so im confused.
it didnt really matter, as i had only just turned it on, so i just loaded the bank back up.
What is it? and how do i get rid of it/avoid it?
