re-seated the Emu cards, now no audio output

Hi there, I recently had a problem with static build up in my Carillon AC-1.
I re-seated all the cards and the heatsink and CPU and this solved the problem, unfortunately, although the computer is now back up and running, the Emu Patchmix has lots of bright red writing on the majority of it's channel strips and it won't play back any audio.
There is some message about not reading the daughter card, so I un-plugged and reseated the cards again, but to no avail.
I have the 1820m with Emulator X
Any suggestions?
Richard
