A question about the RFX32 bug and os 4.71

Hey, is the problem with the outburst there if i am not using the rfx32.. i am considering buying a emu 6400 ultra with an rfx card inside. just windoer if i can use 4.71 if i am not using the rfx32 card for effects.. or wil the card be "active" as long as it is installed.. ?
can i turn on and off the effects on the rfx card? is the question formulated another way :P

I've never had a problem with my RFX32 and I use 4.71 OS.

oh.. thats sounds promising!! if anyone else can confirm this.. i will be jumping on upgrading.
What kind of hardware are you using? e6400 ultra?

I too have had no problems with 4.71 and rfx, though I have only had the rfx for three months. And I can't say I've pushed it to the limit.

Okay.. thanks.. i will try with 4.7.. i will never push it to the limit. i am working mostly with beats, and not many channels anyway :).

4.7 is the final version. There is no 4.71.
