MoPhatt alpha dial - need new pot or Logic editor

I want to continue to use my Mo'Phatt, but my alpha dial is glitchy now.
Anyone have any tips about how to:
- get a new pot?
- swap new pot, solder?
- Logic Pro 8 compatible editor (environment layer) for MoPhatt editor/librarian?
I'm in a tight spot with this, as the Mo is my main live hardware box.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
