Ok. I was the one who mentioned litigation. I did not mention it in my email to EMU. I was nice but I did mention that it is bad business to release a product then not fix it's bugs before moving on to the next product. How could they expect anyone to buy their new line of products when they show that they don't support or properly end the previous line. I see your point about how Creative might cut and run if faced with legal costs related to something the obviously are not putting too much effort into. The SDK idea is brilliant. We should push for that. It does not cost them much and there are already 3rd parties interested. The main push is for a final bug free EOS. I'd even settle for 4.6.x features bug free.
NO MORE RANDOM PANNING, NO LOUD OUTBURSTS, NO GEN TRAP ERRORS, AND NO FREEZING. ALL WHILE RUNNING 4.7, THE COMPRESSOR EFEECT, SIMPLE REVERB, BPM DELAY. I sat in the studio for 8 hours yesterday without any problems, thanks to dugawug and klaseed and everyone else, your advice to change the d-ram changed everything. i took out the 8mb chip that was in there and replaced it with a 16mb chip from an old 486 i had lying around. i hope eveyone else tries this as well. if it worked for me it should work for you...merry christmas..
i'm going back to the studio.....lates
