Try SDISK.exe that comes with EOS 3.00b, available in the FILES-section.
Although the DOC tells about ROLAND S-series, SDISK is also working for floppy discs in EMU-format.
Don't forget to rename the files after backing up because SDISK.exe will only create files with the name "SDISK.OUT".
