Emu e64 and windows 7 scsi trouble

Here's my setup:
PCD-50B cf reader (internally mounted in the emu, 32gb cf, terminated) -> e64 -> centronics to 68hd cable (2m) -> Adaptec AHA-2940UW -> Plextor Ultraplex wide cdrom (68hd cable, terminated)

Problem:
If I enter the scsi setup on the adaptec card, all transfer from the plextor cdrom to the cf reader is flawless.
If I boot to windows 7 HP x64 (with adaptec vista x64 djsvs.sys driver), all transfer is reeeeeally buggy, often crashing the e64.
When trying to "backup" from the cdrom (eos formatted cd) to the cf card, the plextor or adaptec card seems to hardware reset as if a serious error occurred, or e64 say that it cannot find any folders on the cd.
If I disconnect the cf reader, reading from the cdrom is again possible with e emu.

Help needed!

Problem solved by *Disabling* all scsi devices in Win7.
All is working ok now.
Seems like win7 REALLY hate scsi.
May be due to a media change detection service disturbing the scsi connections.
