jUST GOT THE (1613) 8 ANALOGUE OUTS UPGRADE FOR MY E6400 ULTRA

THE CARD GETS RECOGNISED AND THE OUTPUTS SHOW UP.

BUT NO SOUND COMES OUT WHEN I ROUTE SOMETHING THROUGH THEM!

ANY IDEA??????????????????? THE PAPERWORK TALKS OF 2 PAL CHIPS WHICH DIDNT ARRIVE IN MY PACKAGING - COULD THIS BE A PROBLEM??????

don't know if this will help but when i installed mine i coonected the leads on the wrong sockets on the mobo, dead easy to do, didn't cause any damage, try switching them over, can't remember no PAL chips, sorry!

If you have an ultra, you don't need the Pal Chips.

The manual says to make sure and Leave Output Boost on +12 if your using OS 4.01. Then mess with the Headroom setting to get the volume level you want.
