e-mu 6400 ultra: access disk failure

I have got a 6400 ultra. I run it. All it's ok but when i load a sample from the floppy, the sampler say "sound / file locked".
All access from hd/floppy are free...
the access drives are broken/locked
what can i do??? put a new EOS (run with 4.7 now)
