I've spoken to a few guys who really wanted to join this forum but waiting for their accounts to be activated. Who is in charge for this task?

That would be ezman he is the founder, he owns the site but rarely visits. From what I have found he is slow to respond to PMs, but this is about the only way to get in touch. Last visited the site Sun Sept 1st. 2013. Hopefully his PM account is connected to his email in box and you will get some response if you notify him.

I am only a moderator and am able to remove spam, warn users who troll and even ban them, but I don't have the power for new membership approval, sorry!

OK, I've just activated all inactive users so anybody waiting..it should work now. Sorry for the delays, wish I could do more but just cannot do it, again I'm appealing for someone to take over the forum, but they'll have to know what they're doing with PHPBB messageboards. I've had several people offer but nobody has really persevered.
