Should I upgrade EmuX to X2 or X3?

I've had X for a while but haven't yet upgraded.

Basically it sits on my machine as a standalone sampler, and is driven by a Mac running Digital Performer,

The main thing that interests me in the upgrade is twistaloop and synthswipe.

X2 is obviously cheaper and would work on my system.

Are there advantages to X3 other than it costs more and doesn't require an Emu card?

Go for X3. It is the only Emu-X which work on 64-bit system

It is definately worth it. Besides the Twistaloop, I believe they have been tweaking the program to sound better. I have been in it since the first release. Peace

As you guys are talking about upgrades, i just wondered if X3 does a whole screen refresh when your editing voices?
ie you adjust one parameter, even just one increment, release pointer and the whole GUI does a quick screen roll/refresh from top to bottom..
I didn't like this in X2, and went back to 1.5 where there was no evident of this at all.

I'm not using EmuX at the moment so i'm out of touch really..

Thanks
