Hi, I recently purchased a used Emulator X Studio w/ the 1820M audio dock and 1010 PCI audio card. I don't have a desktop yet, however, I am going to purchase very soon because I need one in order to use Emulator X/audio interface. From what I have been reading I understand that the Emulator X Version 1 is only compatible with Windows XP 32 bit systems, which doesn't really bother me too much since I mainly bought the the Emulator X Studio for the audio interface, which I only paid $50(CAN), so i couldn't pass it up when I can across it. Anyways, here is my question: Can I use the audio interface portion of the Emulator X Studio with a Windows 7 64 bit desktop. If anyone out there has had success please let me know, or what to avoid, any suggestions would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Nezzo

Had this for only a few weeks, too many problems, also the X was too CPU hungry on my computer back then (on XP), but great Audio-Interface (soundquality !). Guess there was beta drivers for 7, but I read of too many problems. To get an better & quick answer head over to creative (official) and another (unofficial) forum for Win7 and your card (there are a few threads, what people are writing there does not sound good), on both Creative/E-mu people posting... But expect nothing from Creative.
