do you have the diameter of the drills? Why you used a depth gauge? If you drill very slow and easy, should it do job as well? It sounds like doing a root canal treatment :???:

Do you have the "special EMU PowerCable"? So you didnt changed yellow and red.

I will post a version without the emu cable.

Haha :grin:

Drill bit was the smallest I had, it was only a couple of mm (not sure)
Re depth gauge - it was just a bit of tape that served as a guide and stopped me getting over enthusiastic ;)
Yes I had the E-MU IDE reversed power cable.

Okay,

i assume also that its a plug and play action.

Will order a nice SATA Disk today too.

May we find a nice solution for the older SCSI only Samplers
