Anyone have already do it?
It means... with a SCSI ZIP because currently EOS don't support ATAPI devices as CD-ROM or ZIP. :-)

Did?it on my e64. :slayer: simply used the power line to the MO and plugged the SCSI in. CAUTION: Some EMUs seem to have changed power plugs that fry your drive. Cross check with a PC...

Thanks for info. ;)
But, if I undestood, you don't have used the same power cord of floppy, right?
I've already placed an hard disk into my E4XT Ultra so I couldn't using power cord that you tell... I need to study another solution. :???:

There are Y-cables that will do the job. You plug them in instead of the HD and then you have two power plugs available. The only thing that MIGHT be bad that way: I'm not sure whether the power supply will be able to handle two disks (assuming that the ZIP will need more power than the floppy)

I hooked up an internal scsi zip 100 by simply using the floppy drive power supply, and then I hooked up an internal 80 gb seagate ide hd. Everything works great except for the stupid os still thinks the floppy drive is there, so when it boots it pauses momentarialy after the second sound rom is recognized and it will also pause in the disk browse window, if you navigate to the floppy drive. What damn floppy its gone... sheesh Isnt there anyone out there who could maybe make a "modified" version of 4.7 to get rid of the damn floppy icon when physically dissconnected? I am using an emu e4xt ultra and eos 4.7.
