Not sure how many of you are aware of this however I'm well impressed. I joined my local freecycle group and posted an ad offereing some comuter bits and bobs I didn't need and most of it went and it was great because they all collected it.
I then posted an ad asking if anyone had any old SCSI HD's or USB and SCSI zips that they didn't use. I got 4 replies so today I'm going to pick up a 9gig SCSI HD in external caddy, 1x250 SCSI zip drive and 1x250 USB zip drive, all for nowt
I also got offered 3x250 zip parallel which isn't a complete waste of time because I've successfully taken the parts out from one and shoved them in a SCSI drive before.
