Hi there,

any guys usin their EMU with Logic? (although other DAW will behave pretty much the same I think)
I'm wondering how you manage patches.
Specifically:
1. How do you recall patches from songs (when they are on HD)
2. If using extra Rom (which stores patches in 1000 and 2000 memory),
how do you recall patches from the Rom (Logic has a limitation where it can only go up to patch number 1140 or something).
How would I recall patch 2001 for instance?

I think you need to change Program Banks, though I'm not a Logic user, so I can't be sure this solves your problem.

The manual says (page 122):

To change program banks via MIDI, send:

1) Continuous Controller 00 = 0
2) Cont. Controller 32 = Bank#
3) Program Change
