High folks,

I'm a newbie to the E4X and have a couple questions I hope you can help me with.

#1 What determines the default bank loaded from the Internal Hard drive when the system is powered up? I have created a new bank but can't figure out how to have it load on power up.

#2 What is the secret to changing presets on the E4X from cakewalk.
I have been able to actually load a new bank from the drive but I am not able to select individual presets.
I have enabled the send and rcv program change.

To set a bank to autoload, press Master, then the BANK function key (F2), then the AUTO function key (F3), then select the bank you want to autoload. Press SAVE to confirm your choice.
It's on page 52 of user manual. It works for Ultra series - not sure about non-Ultras.

Which cakewalk version are you using and do you have the manual? It's a little tricky to explain, but if I know which version/manual you have, I can guide you to the right page in the mnaual.

I'm running Sonar 6. It's probably one of those XXXXX + patch # things that continue to elude me. I'm usually lucky enough to find an INS file that I can use as a starting point.
